Property Acquisition & Onboarding Associate

About the role

The Property Acquisition & Onboarding Associate will drive Thinplex’s growth by identifying and engaging property owners, agencies and short‑let operators in Lagos. You will guide partners through the platform onboarding process and ensure their listings are live and verified.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach landlords, estate agencies, property managers and short‑let operators within assigned areas.
• Explain Thinplex’s platform benefits and assist partners with account creation and property onboarding.
• Visit agencies and property businesses, guide users through listing requirements and verification.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations and onboarding progress.
• Build and nurture relationships with property owners and agency partners.
• Target and acquire agencies or managers with multiple units or portfolios.
• Provide feedback from partners to the Thinplex team.
• Achieve weekly and monthly acquisition and onboarding targets.

Required profile

• Minimum NCE qualification.
• Experience in sales, business development, real estate, field marketing or customer acquisition (advantageous).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident in approaching and speaking with prospective customers.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and able to manage multiple prospects.
• Good knowledge of Lagos and willingness to travel within assigned areas.
• Existing relationships in the real‑estate or short‑let industry are a plus.
