Estate Facility Manager

About the role

The Estate Facility Manager is a full‑time, on‑site position responsible for the daily operation, maintenance and safety of estate facilities in Lagos. The role ensures that all building systems work efficiently, budgets are controlled and occupational health and safety standards are met.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, preventive maintenance and safety of estate facilities.
• Coordinate repairs, supervise service providers and contractors, and ensure electrical, plumbing and security systems function properly.
• Monitor facility budgets, manage procurement of maintenance materials and control costs.
• Conduct regular inspections, respond to tenant requests and maintain accurate records of work orders, contracts and asset inventories.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to improve performance and optimize costs.

Required profile

• Strong facility management experience, including oversight of building operations and contractor management.
• Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations applicable to estate environments.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, cost control and procurement processes.
• Effective communication skills to engage tenants, vendors and internal stakeholders.
