About the role
We are looking for an energetic entry‑level Marketer to join R & R’s advertising team in Lagos. The role focuses on promoting our products and services, building client relationships and supporting the execution of marketing campaigns.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and engage prospective customers.
- Promote and market the company’s products and services.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase product awareness and sales.
- Meet and exceed monthly marketing and sales targets.
- Prepare marketing reports and provide market feedback.
- Represent the company professionally during client visits and promotional activities.
Required profile
- Minimum OND qualification in any discipline.
- Previous marketing or sales experience is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self‑motivated, target‑driven and customer‑focused.

What we offer
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from NGN 70,000 to NGN 150,000.
