Entry-Level Field Officer – Community Health (Nigeria)

About the role

New Incentives (NI‑ABAE) is seeking motivated entry‑level Field Officers to support its cash‑transfer program that encourages mothers to complete their infants' immunisation schedules. The role is based in public clinics across Jigawa, Katsina and Zamfara states, and involves direct interaction with caregivers and clinic staff.

Key responsibilities

• Enroll eligible beneficiaries at remote public clinics following strict eligibility criteria.
• Monitor immunisation services, verify that vaccinations are recorded, and report any stock‑outs or service gaps.
• Provide cash‑transfer disbursements and maintain accurate cash‑management records.
• Coach caregivers on follow‑up visits and ensure health talks are delivered.
• Prepare detailed enrollment reports and assist with additional programme tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Hard‑working, dedicated young candidates willing to work in remote settings.
• Residence in one of the listed towns within Jigawa, Katsina or Zamfara states.
• Basic literacy and numeracy skills for record‑keeping and reporting.
• Ability to communicate effectively with caregivers and clinic staff.
