E‑Commerce Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced E‑Commerce Manager to lead our online product catalogue, digital marketing assets and website performance. The role combines product management, creative coordination and data‑driven optimisation to boost sales and brand visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Manage product uploads and maintain accurate inventory across multiple platforms.
• Oversee product photoshoots, edit images and create visual assets that align with brand guidelines.
• Design marketing materials and ensure consistent branding across all digital channels.
• Plan, schedule and execute email marketing and newsletter campaigns.
• Collaborate with the creative team on new product strategies, promotions and seasonal launches.
• Monitor website traffic, conversion rates, average order value and overall user experience.
• Maintain basic SEO practices and identify opportunities for website improvements.
• Work with cross‑functional teams to achieve organisational goals.

Required profile

• BSc degree in a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in e‑commerce product management and digital marketing.
• Strong communication skills and ability to delegate tasks to a creative team.
