Dispatch Rider

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Dispatch Rider to join our team in Lagos. You will be responsible for delivering packages and documents across Surulere and surrounding areas while ensuring safety and excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Safely deliver packages, documents and other items to customers within designated zones.
• Plan efficient delivery routes to minimise travel time.
• Handle all items with care to avoid damage or loss.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain proof of delivery when required.
• Provide courteous and professional interaction with customers.
• Perform routine checks and basic maintenance on the delivery motorcycle.
• Observe all traffic laws, road safety regulations and company policies while riding.
• Communicate delivery updates, delays or incidents to the Dispatch/Operations team promptly.
• Adhere to company safety procedures and ensure safe transportation of goods.
• Resolve delivery challenges quickly and escalate issues when necessary.

Required profile

• Minimum qualification of a BSc degree.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar delivery or courier role.
