Dispatch Rider

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Dispatch Rider to pick up and deliver parcels, documents, food, and e‑commerce orders across Victoria Island, Ikoyi, Lekki and the mainland. The role involves timely deliveries, route optimisation and basic cash handling.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and deliver parcels, documents, food or e‑commerce orders to clients within the designated areas.
• Use Google Maps or Waze to plan efficient routes, avoid traffic and meet delivery SLAs.
• Collect payments on delivery when required, obtain proof of delivery and customer signatures.
• Perform daily checks on bike condition, fuel, oil and brakes, reporting any faults promptly.
• Update delivery logs, track orders and handle returns or failed deliveries professionally.

Required profile

• Valid Class A driver’s licence with Lagos rider permit.
• Good knowledge of Lagos roads, especially Victoria Island, Ikoyi, Lekki and Surulere.
• Physically fit, punctual, honest with good communication skills.
• Resides within the service area for quick dispatch.

Required skills

• Google Maps navigation.
• Waze navigation.
• Basic GPS usage.

What we offer

• Monthly salary between NGN 150,000 and NGN 250,000.
• Full‑time permanent position.
