Direct Sales Agent

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Direct Sales Agent to drive acquisition of new customers for our digital financial products across Lagos and Abuja. The role involves meeting sales targets, building relationships and delivering excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and yearly sales targets.
• Generate leads through networking, cold calling and digital channels.
• Demonstrate in‑depth knowledge of product features and benefits to customers.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to product‑related inquiries.
• Manage schedules, track leads and sales, and submit regular reports.
• Listen to customer feedback to foster repeat sales and maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge.

Required profile

• B.Sc or HND in Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years experience in sales, marketing or customer acquisition within finance or credit organisations.
• Strong communication, persuasion and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Customer‑focused with relationship‑building skills.
