About the role
We are seeking a passionate, hardworking and ambitious salesperson to join Leadway Assurance as a full‑time hybrid Sales and Marketing Representative. The role is based in Lagos, Sagamu, Abeokuta or Ibadan with flexibility to work from home. In this fun, friendly and rewarding environment, your contributions will have a direct impact on the ongoing success of our business.
Key responsibilities
- Building and maintaining client relationships
- Handling client questions, inquiries and complaints
- Generating leads from social media
- Maintaining client records
- Meeting sales targets
- Preparing daily sales report
- Participating in team meetings
- Making sales calls
Required profile
- Minimum OND/HND/B.Sc in any discipline
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good negotiation and problem‑solving skills
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Strong verbal and written skills
