Direct Sales Agent

About the role

Henriken Consulting Limited is seeking a motivated Direct Sales Agent to join its Lagos office. You will be responsible for identifying prospects, presenting the company’s solutions, and closing sales to meet established targets.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new leads through research and outreach.
• Conduct sales calls and face‑to‑face meetings with prospective clients.
• Deliver compelling product and service presentations.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions.
• Provide excellent customer service, handling inquiries, feedback, and follow‑ups.
• Collaborate with the broader sales team to share insights and strategies.
• Report performance metrics and adhere to company policies and ethical standards.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building abilities.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Solid customer‑service mindset.
• Proven sales capabilities, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing.
• Basic understanding of finance concepts such as pricing and payment options.
• Relevant experience in direct sales, retail sales, or field marketing.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (advantageous).
• Ability to work toward targets, manage time effectively, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
