About the role
We are looking for a motivated Direct Sales Agent to join our banking sales team in Lagos. You will be responsible for attracting new customers, opening accounts and promoting our range of banking products while delivering excellent service.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential customers to open accounts and use banking products.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales and marketing targets.
- Provide high‑quality customer service and maintain strong relationships.
- Keep accurate records of all sales activities.
- Collaborate with team members to meet branch goals.
Required profile
- Minimum NCE, OND, HND or B.Sc. qualification.
- At least 1 year of proven sales or marketing experience.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
