Digital Marketer – Real Estate

About the role

The Digital Marketer will create and manage online campaigns that promote property listings for JV Management Consulting Limited. You will work closely with the sales team to generate qualified leads and enhance the company’s digital presence in the real‑estate market.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise digital marketing campaigns for property listings.
• Manage the company’s social media profiles and overall online presence.
• Create, monitor and optimise paid advertising on Facebook, Instagram and Google platforms.
• Generate and nurture leads to support the sales team.
• Track campaign performance, analyse data and produce regular reports.
• Stay up‑to‑date with real‑estate and digital‑marketing trends.

Required profile

• OND/HND/BSc in Marketing or a related field.
• At least 2 years of proven experience in digital marketing; real‑estate experience is a plus.
• Residence within or close to Ifako/Ijaiye, Ogba, Lagos.
• Strong communication and creative abilities.
