Dental Technician – Full‑time, On‑site in Abuja

About the role

The Dental Technician will join DGS Medical Limited’s dedicated dental clinic in Abuja, working full‑time on‑site alongside dentists and oral health professionals. The role focuses on the precise fabrication, repair and modification of a range of dental prostheses to support high‑quality patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret dental prescriptions and impressions, select appropriate materials and operate dental laboratory equipment to produce crowns, bridges, dentures and orthodontic devices.
• Fabricate, adjust and repair prosthetic devices ensuring accuracy, fit and aesthetic standards.
• Maintain detailed records of work performed, follow strict infection‑control and safety protocols, and ensure compliance with laboratory quality standards.
• Collaborate closely with clinical and laboratory teams to coordinate workflow and support effective patient treatment plans.

Required profile

• Strong dental technology and laboratory skills with high attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Recognized qualification or diploma in Dental Technology or a related field; professional registration or licensing is advantageous.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities to work with dentists and other healthcare staff.
• Commitment to infection control, safety standards and continuous improvement of laboratory processes.
