Immunization Supply Chain Manager

About the role

The Manager, Immunization Supply Chain, will coordinate and manage VillageReach’s implementation in Nigeria to improve immunization outreach through context‑appropriate cold‑chain solutions, focusing on mobile CCE and temperature‑controlled powered vaccine storage options.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate national government and partner engagement, joint planning and follow‑up.
• Manage the in‑country workplan, timelines, procurement of Indigo cold‑chain devices and monitor expenditure and delivery risks.
• Lead operational assessments and workshops to compare mobile CCE and TPVS options and test outreach planning approaches.
• Oversee field testing, equipment deployment readiness and training support.
• Coordinate monitoring, data collection, analysis and synthesize findings into progress reports and decision‑support tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (Graduate degree preferred) in public health, health systems, supply chain management or a related field.
• At least five years of experience in immunization, vaccine supply chains or public‑health program implementation, including management of complex activities.
• Demonstrated experience working with Nigeria’s NPHCDA, SPHCDA and EPI teams.
• Experience coordinating procurement and deployment of cold‑chain equipment, preferably with UNICEF or manufacturers.
