Customer Support Representative

About the role

The Customer Support Representative will be the first point of contact for players, delivering assistance across live chat, email, phone and in‑game channels. You will help resolve technical issues, account queries and ensure a smooth gaming experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide multi‑channel player support via chat, email, phone and in‑game tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex player inquiries, technical glitches and account problems.
• Meet and exceed KPIs such as response time, resolution speed and CSAT scores.
• Log interactions, track recurring bugs and capture feedback using CRM systems.
• Escalate unresolved issues to team leads and specialised technical teams.
• Adhere to company policies, security protocols and service level agreements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from a top‑10 university in Nigeria.
• 1–3 years of experience in customer service, technical support or a client‑facing role.
• Proven ability to handle high inquiry volumes and maintain composure under pressure.
• Flexibility to work in shift rotations within a fast‑paced, tech‑driven environment.
• Passion for video games or familiarity with the gaming industry is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM and ticketing platforms such as Zendesk, Freshdesk or Salesforce.

What we offer

• Salary range NGN 70,000 – 150,000 per month.
• Full‑time, on‑site position in Lagos.
