Customer Support Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a calm, reliable Customer Support Assistant to join TollyClassic Delivery in Abuja. The role serves as the primary point of contact between customers, merchants, riders and the operations team, ensuring smooth communication throughout the delivery process.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer and merchant enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, chat and email.
• Track orders and provide clear delivery updates to customers.
• Resolve complaints promptly and professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
• Record customer feedback and maintain simple logs of calls, complaints, order issues and resolutions.
• Collaborate closely with the operations team to keep customers informed.

Required profile

• Minimum OND/NCE or equivalent qualification.
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service, call centre, logistics, e‑commerce or retail.
• Strong spoken and written English with good phone etiquette.
• Calm under pressure, detail‑oriented and able to follow up until issues are resolved.
• Based in Abuja or able to commute daily to Jabi.

Required skills

• Proficient use of email.
• Experience with WhatsApp for business communication.
• Ability to work with spreadsheets and basic computer tools.
