Customer Service/Front Desk Representative

About the role

The Customer Service/Front Desk Representative will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors and partners at Yemsays Properties and Investments Limited. Based in the Marina office in Lagos, you will ensure a welcoming, professional environment while supporting the HR and administration teams.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients, visitors and high‑value guests, managing the reception area to keep it clean and organised.
• Handle incoming calls, enquiries and direct visitors to the appropriate team members.
• Maintain accurate visitor logs, issue access codes and ensure smooth client flow while waiting.
• Respond to customer enquiries across phone, email and other channels, providing solutions or escalating as needed.
• Follow up with clients to confirm issue resolution and build lasting relationships.
• Assist the HR/Admin team with documentation, filing, data entry, scheduling and meeting coordination.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in customer service, front‑desk, reception, hospitality or administration.
• Proven ability to handle complaints and difficult situations professionally.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with confidence interacting with high‑value clients.
• Excellent organisational, multitasking and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
• Professional workplace etiquette and punctuality.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general administrative tools.
