About the role
Join a fast‑growing technology company as a Customer Service Representative supporting users of our software platform. This position is open to NYSC participants and offers a pathway to full‑time employment after the service year.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to user inquiries via live chat, email, and phone with empathy, speed, and clarity.
- Conduct virtual or in‑person product demos and walkthroughs for new customers.
- Identify bugs, relay feedback to the product team, and suggest feature improvements.
- Guide new customers through onboarding and initial setup to maximise product value.
Required profile
- Minimum qualification: B.Sc. degree.
- No prior experience or less than one year in a similar customer‑support role.
Required skills
- Proficiency with live‑chat platforms, email, and phone communication tools.
