About the role
We are looking for a Customer Service Officer to manage guest inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a high level of satisfaction in our hospitality operations based in Port Harcourt.
Key responsibilities
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
- Provide solutions and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Support front desk and other hospitality teams.
- Maintain records of customer interactions.
Required profile
- Diploma in Hospitality or a related field.
- 1‑2 years of customer service experience in hospitality.
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
- Friendly and patient demeanor.
