Customer Engineer – Cloud Integration & Governance

About the role

As a Customer Engineer you will lead technical delivery and integration of our cloud governance platform for mid‑market and enterprise customers in Nigeria. You will work closely with compliance heads, CISOs and IT managers to translate complex cloud environments into actionable governance insights.

Key responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions to map customer cloud, identity and compliance landscapes.
• Configure and deploy platform modules (CPM, RPM, DSPM, Audit Center) on AWS, Azure and GCP.
• Integrate with identity providers (Okta, Azure AD), SIEM tools (Splunk, Microsoft Sentinel) and ITSM systems (Jira, ServiceNow).
• Diagnose and resolve integration issues including REST API, webhook and authentication problems.
• Maintain customer health scores, monitor risk signals and ensure go‑live readiness.
• Document fulfillment cases, create reusable artefacts and provide structured product feedback.
• Make real‑time technical decisions during onboarding and manage escalations when needed.

Required profile

• Mid‑level professional with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Proven ability to lead technical workshops and engage senior stakeholders.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and accountability for delivery timelines and SLA adherence.
