Customer Care Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Customer Care Support Representative to join our team in Lagos. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries and ensuring a positive experience across all communication channels.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in‑person promptly and professionally.
• Resolve complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
• Escalate complex matters to the appropriate department when needed.
• Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions.
• Assist in processing orders, returns, refunds, and service requests.
• Support assigned projects, prepare reports and presentations, and contribute to team objectives.
• Participate in training programs, workshops, and departmental activities.

Required profile

• A minimum of a bachelor's degree, HND or OND in any relevant discipline.
• 0–2 years of work experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational, time‑management and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude, adaptability and willingness to learn.
