About the role
Join Smart Grace Business Enterprise as a Customer Care Representative based in Lagos. In this role you will maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers, respond promptly to inquiries, communicate through multiple channels, and resolve complaints efficiently. This position offers an opportunity to develop customer service skills in a dynamic advertising and media environment. The internship provides a monthly stipend between 70,000 and 150,000 NGN. Candidates should be comfortable using computers and possess a tech‑savvy attitude. You will work closely with the customer service team to ensure high satisfaction levels.
