About the role
The Cost Estimating Lead will support the project management team in delivering projects on time and within budget. This senior position requires a strong engineering background and extensive experience in cost and schedule estimation. You will be responsible for cost planning, scheduling, and reporting across multiple energy and utility projects.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate with the project management team to resolve issues and ensure project delivery.
- Attend project meetings with the PMT and external clients.
- Prepare monthly cost reporting to keep expenditures within the project budget.
- Provide cost control and planning advice to the internal PMT as needed.
- Monitor project expenditures and recommend corrective actions to stay within budget.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a closely related position and/or cost & schedule estimating.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
