Content & Marketing Strategist

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Content & Marketing Strategist to lead the creation and execution of integrated marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness and generate leads for our construction business. Based in Lagos, you will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure all digital content aligns with our brand and business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive content and marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Plan, create, edit, schedule and publish engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), TikTok and YouTube.
• Maintain monthly and quarterly content calendars for all digital platforms.
• Collaborate with designers, video editors and other creatives to produce high‑quality assets.
• Lead integrated campaigns to generate leads, increase brand visibility and support revenue growth.
• Conduct market, customer and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Optimize website and digital assets for SEO and monitor performance using analytics tools.
• Develop email marketing programs and support webinars, product launches and promotional events.
• Analyse campaign results and provide actionable recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum three years of professional experience in content strategy, digital marketing and social media management.
• Strong copywriting, editing and storytelling abilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple social media platforms simultaneously.
• Good understanding of SEO, content marketing, email marketing and digital advertising.
• Excellent analytical, creative and problem‑solving skills.
