Content Marketing Manager

About the role

This full‑time remote position is for a Content Marketing Manager who will design and execute content strategies, create compelling material for multiple platforms, and lead content marketing campaigns for Taja’s global fintech platform.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive content strategies aligned with growth objectives.
• Create, edit, and publish high‑quality content across blogs, social channels, newsletters, and product pages.
• Manage end‑to‑end content marketing campaigns, from planning to execution.
• Collaborate with product, growth, and design teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Analyse content performance metrics and optimise based on data‑driven insights.
• Produce marketing materials that support user acquisition and engagement initiatives.
• Report progress and results to the Head of Growth.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in content strategy, content marketing and campaign management.
• Excellent writing, copywriting and creative content development skills.
• Strong analytical ability with experience in performance tracking and data‑driven optimisation.
• Proficiency in digital marketing channels, especially SEO and social media.
• Ability to collaborate across diverse teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication, attention to detail and a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
• Fintech or global payments experience is advantageous.
