Content Creator & Administrative Assistant

About the role

Petposh Vets Ltd is looking for a full‑time Content Creator and Admin to join its Lagos office. You will craft engaging digital content that showcases the company’s animal‑care services while supporting daily office operations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create and publish posts, images and short videos for social media, website and other channels.
• Draft copy, capture media and maintain a consistent brand voice.
• Respond to basic online inquiries and monitor engagement.
• Manage appointments, organise records, prepare simple reports and support overall office workflow.
• Collaborate with the animal‑care team to gather accurate information and develop educational materials for clients.
• Assist in coordinating outreach campaigns and promotional activities.

Required profile

• Strong writing ability and basic visual content creation skills.
• Comfort with social‑media management and digital communication tools.
• Solid administrative aptitude – filing, calendar management and report preparation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail, reliability and timeliness.
• Interest in agribusiness, animal care or veterinary services.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications and familiarity with smartphones for content capture.
