Consultant / Manager – Client Success (Nigeria)

About the role

The Consultant, Client Success is an individual contributor responsible for managing the post‑sale operational relationship with Visa’s Value Added Services clients in Nigeria. You will act as a trusted advocate, helping clients adopt new Visa products, expand geographically and realize maximum value from their investments.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee implementation of new Visa products, coordinating client and Visa teams to accelerate time‑to‑value.
• Develop and execute forward‑looking Client Success Plans, tracking adoption, performance and health metrics.
• Drive initiatives that improve product adoption and promote use of Visa’s self‑service tools.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of payment trends and Visa solutions to generate new sales leads.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional experts to resolve complex client issues and optimize performance.
• Lead operational reviews and serve as escalation point for significant incidents.

Required profile

• 5+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree (or 3+ years with an advanced degree).
• Proven ability to analyze data, translate findings into business recommendations and communicate complex technical concepts in business language.
• Experience building trusted client relationships, success planning and monitoring client health.
• Knowledge of the payments industry, including trends, regulatory environment and competitive landscape.
