About the role
We are seeking a skilled and organized Company Secretary to join Gidi Real Estate Investment Limited in Lekki. The role focuses on managing corporate governance processes, ensuring statutory compliance, and facilitating effective communication between the board and stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Manage corporate governance processes and ensure compliance with legal regulations.
- Prepare, organize, and document board meetings.
- Maintain statutory records and corporate documentation.
- Facilitate communication between the board of directors and stakeholders.
- Handle correspondence and assist in the preparation of legal documents.
- Stay up‑to‑date with changes in corporate laws and best practices.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration or a related field.
- Prior experience in corporate governance or a similar secretarial role.
- Strong organizational and administrative abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent time‑management, problem‑solving and multitasking capabilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in legal and administrative work.
