Coffee Barista

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Coffee Barista to join our team at a busy coffee bar in Lekki, Lagos. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high‑quality coffee and beverage service while ensuring a welcoming experience for every customer.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high‑quality coffee and other beverages.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Handle cash register and process transactions accurately.
• Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies.
• Work effectively in a team and adapt to rotating schedules.

Required profile

• Vocational training or certification in hospitality or food services.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in English.
• Immediate availability to start.
• Residence within or around the Lekki axis for easy commute.
• Passionate about hospitality and customer service.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work under pressure.

What we offer

• Full‑time employment with a monthly salary between NGN 150,000 and NGN 250,000.
