About the role
The Client Relationship Officer will act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are met and fostering long‑term partnerships. This role supports service excellence, drives client satisfaction, and contributes to business growth within a cleaning services environment.
Key responsibilities
- Answer client calls, chats, and emails promptly and clearly.
- Listen to client complaints, coordinate with internal teams, and resolve issues.
- Conduct regular follow‑up calls to gauge client satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or service upgrades.
- Collect and relay client feedback to senior leadership for continuous improvement.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree (BSc) required.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a client‑facing or relationship role.
- Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
