Client Growth Executive

About the role

The Client Growth Executive will drive new business and nurture existing relationships for Studio Surikudo. Working from our Marina office, you will be responsible for identifying prospects across brands, agencies, creators and corporates, and converting them into long‑term clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and convert potential clients across multiple segments.
• Pitch Studio Surikudo’s services, studios, and creative solutions to prospective clients.
• Develop sales strategies and campaigns to meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
• Generate leads through networking, social media, studio tours, industry events and direct outreach.
• Prepare tailored proposals, quotations and presentations.
• Serve as primary point of contact for existing clients, building loyalty and repeat business.
• Conduct periodic check‑ins, gather feedback and collaborate with production teams to improve service delivery.
• Resolve client concerns efficiently to ensure a positive experience.
• Develop retention plans such as loyalty programs and exclusive studio offers.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports on sales and client satisfaction.

Required profile

• Minimum qualification of HND.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar client‑facing sales role.
• Mid‑level professional with a proven track record of meeting revenue targets.
