Client Growth Executive

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Client Growth Executive to drive new business and nurture existing relationships for our film production and content creation services. Based in Lagos, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base across corporate, entertainment, events and brand sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across corporate, entertainment, events and brand sectors.
• Generate and qualify leads through networking, outreach, referrals and digital channels.
• Pitch Sirhills’ services—including film production, cinematography and content creation—to prospective clients.
• Convert prospects into paying clients and manage the onboarding process.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and upselling.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client needs, feedback and satisfaction.
• Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify new market opportunities and service packages.
• Monitor industry trends to inform growth strategy.

Required profile

• Minimum Diploma qualification.
• At least 2 years of experience in business development, client acquisition or a similar sales role.
• Entry‑level (junior) candidate with a strong drive for results.

Required skills

• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Knowledge of the advertising, media and communications industry.
