Client Advisor

About the role

We are seeking a polished Client Advisor to deliver white‑glove service to our discerning clientele in Lagos. You will act as the primary point of contact, offering personalized styling advice and ensuring a seamless boutique experience across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Provide in‑boutique visits, private appointments, phone, email and WhatsApp Business support.
• Deliver expert styling consultations and maintain deep product knowledge.
• Manage the full client journey, including order processing, alterations, customizations, repairs and after‑sales service.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of client preferences, purchase history and key occasions.
• Collaborate with Styling, Logistics, Tailoring and Global Client Services teams.
• Support planning and execution of exclusive events, trunk shows and private viewings.
• Uphold boutique presentation, visual merchandising and brand standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in luxury retail, high‑end fashion, premium hospitality or private client services.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English; fluency in Yoruba, French or other Nigerian languages is a plus.
• Impeccable grooming and professional demeanor aligned with luxury brand standards.
• Strong knowledge of luxury fashion, styling and product categories.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Experience using luxury POS platforms.
• Microsoft Office Suite.
