Client Acquisition Specialist

About the role

The Client Acquisition Specialist will drive new business growth for Elevare Human Solutions by identifying and securing corporate clients across multiple industries. You will act as the primary point of contact for prospective clients, presenting Elevare’s recruitment, HR consulting, and workforce outsourcing services.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, digital platforms, and cold outreach.
• Build and maintain relationships with business owners, HR leaders, and key decision‑makers.
• Present Elevare’s service portfolio and prepare compelling proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
• Negotiate commercial terms and close contracts to meet monthly revenue and acquisition targets.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline, update CRM records, and provide regular business development reports.
• Collaborate with internal recruitment and consulting teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Attend networking events, exhibitions, conferences, and business meetings to promote the Elevare brand.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and industry trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, corporate sales, recruitment sales, HR consulting or B2B sales.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong negotiation, presentation and stakeholder‑engagement abilities.
• High level of professionalism, integrity and ability to work independently.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using CRM software for pipeline and client management.
