Chief of Staff

About the role

The Chief of Staff will act as the right‑hand to the CEO, turning strategic vision into concrete actions across the organization. Based in Lagos, you will lead the CEO Office, ensure seamless execution of high‑impact initiatives, and drive performance accountability.

Key responsibilities

• Translate CEO priorities into actionable plans, monitor implementation and keep projects on schedule and within scope.
• Coordinate Executive Leadership Team meetings, prepare agendas, briefing materials and maintain decision logs.
• Develop executive dashboards, track KPIs, analyze performance trends and produce quarterly/annual business reviews.
• Lead the CEO Office as a high‑performance execution hub, filter issues, manage stakeholder communications and prepare strategic presentations.
• Oversee strategic initiatives such as partnerships, continuous‑improvement programs, new business development, and infrastructure projects.

Required profile

• 8–15 years of progressive experience, with at least 5 years in senior leadership, strategy, operations, consulting or a Chief of Staff role.
• Proven track record of leading cross‑functional transformation projects and managing multiple priorities in fast‑paced environments.
• Experience working directly with CEOs, founders or executive leadership teams.
• Background in healthcare, professional services, hospitality, consulting, education or multi‑site operations.
