About the role
We are looking for a diligent Cashier to join Jennys Glow Skincare Enterprise in Lagos. The role involves handling customer payments, maintaining accurate transaction records, and providing friendly service in a fast‑moving retail environment.
Key responsibilities
- Receive and process payments via cash, POS, bank transfers or other approved methods.
- Issue receipts and accurately record all sales transactions.
- Balance cash drawer and POS at the end of each shift.
- Keep the cashier area clean, organized and stocked.
- Assist customers courteously, answer inquiries and forward complaints to supervisors.
- Report any cash discrepancies, shortages or suspicious activity immediately.
- Support stock‑taking and inventory monitoring when needed.
- Promote company products and ongoing sales offers.
Required profile
- Minimum OND/BSc qualification.
- Honest, reliable and customer‑focused attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work weekends or shifts.
- Strong numerical, record‑keeping and time‑management skills.
Required skills
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling.
