Campaign Supervisor (Technical & HSE Lead)

About the role

The Campaign Supervisor acts as the technical and HSE representative of the contractor on the AKPO project site. Reporting to the Company Head of Maintenance, the role ensures safe and efficient execution of routine maintenance activities while complying with all HSE and QA/QC standards.

Key responsibilities

• Represent the contractor on‑site for all technical and HSE matters.
• Organise and plan routine maintenance operations in coordination with the Company Head of Maintenance.
• Distribute daily tasks to subcontractor teams and monitor progress.
• Launch and oversee QA/QC inspections, validate reports and ensure compliance with the contractor’s handbook.
• Prepare and circulate FM reports, highlighting progress and any issues.
• Participate in daily, weekly and site coordination meetings.
• Suggest procedural improvements and corrective actions to the Company.

Required profile

• Executive‑level experience with at least 10 years (120 months) in maintenance, HSE or related fields.
• Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams on large energy projects.
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and QA/QC procedures.
• Excellent coordination and reporting skills.
