Call Verification Officer

About the role
The Call Verification Officer is responsible for conducting outbound verification calls to customers, confirming the information provided during onboarding and loan application processes. This role ensures data accuracy and compliance with internal verification standards while providing a professional experience for callers.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to verify customer information and supporting documentation.
- Perform pre‑qualification checks based on defined criteria.
- Accurately record call outcomes and customer responses in the system.
- Escalate any discrepancies, inconsistencies, or red flags identified during calls to the appropriate team.
Required profile
- 0–1 year of experience in customer service, call‑centre operations, verification, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and other computer applications.
- Residence within Ikeja or its immediate environs.

What we offer
