Call Center Executive

About the role

The Call Center Executive will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling both inbound and outbound calls for Shade International Entertainment Limited. This role focuses on delivering accurate information, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience that aligns with the company’s entertainment and events services.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and initiate outbound calls in a professional manner.
• Address customer inquiries, complaints, and provide accurate product and service information.
• Identify customer needs, resolve issues, and follow up to confirm satisfaction.
• Document interactions, transactions, and complaints in the company database.
• Escalate complex matters to appropriate departments or senior staff.
• Meet daily and monthly call handling quotas and performance metrics.
• Stay updated on company products, services, and promotions.
• Participate in training sessions to improve call center procedures and product knowledge.
• Provide feedback to management on customer experiences.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience as a Customer Care Representative.
• OND/HND/BSc in any field of study.
• Preference for candidates residing in Ikeja or nearby LGAs due to travel considerations.
• Strong communication skills, patient and courteous demeanor.

• Competitive remuneration of NGN 100,000 per month (within the advertised range of NGN 70,000‑150,000).
