About the role
We are looking for a proactive and customer‑focused Cafeteria Manager to lead the daily operations of our busy cafeteria and tuck‑shop in Enugu. The role involves ensuring smooth service delivery, maintaining high food safety standards, and providing an excellent dining experience for all patrons.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily cafeteria and tuck‑shop operations, ensuring efficient workflow and service quality.
- Manage inventory, monitor stock levels, track expiry dates, and implement waste‑reduction practices.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, promptly resolve complaints, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
- Coordinate with vendors on pricing, product quality, deliveries, and restocking schedules.
- Supervise cash handling, digital payments, and maintain accurate sales records.
- Enforce food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and workplace safety regulations through regular inspections.
- Lead, schedule, and coach cafeteria staff, fostering teamwork and high performance.
Required profile
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in hospitality or food‑service management.
- Strong leadership abilities with a track record of managing staff and operations.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
- Customer‑oriented mindset with strong problem‑solving capabilities.

What we offer
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from ₦200,000 to ₦300,000.
- Full‑time, Monday‑Friday schedule (8:00 AM – 6:00 PM).
