About the role
Pinconsult Associates Limited is seeking a skilled CAD Technical/Draughtsman to join its construction team in Lagos. The role involves creating and updating technical drawings that support architectural, civil, and structural projects, ensuring compliance with project standards.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and revise technical drawings and layout plans.
- Produce architectural, civil, and structural drawings as required.
- Interpret sketches, specifications, and design details accurately.
- Ensure all drawings meet project standards and regulatory requirements.
- Update drawings promptly in response to site observations and design changes.
Required profile
- HND in Draftsmanship, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years (36 months) relevant experience.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
Required skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Experience with CADRC software.
