Business Operation Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Business Operation Manager to work closely with the CEO in executing company plans and priorities. The role involves coordinating staff, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring that management decisions are implemented across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Work closely with the CEO to execute company plans and priorities.
• Coordinate staff, assign tasks and follow up on deadlines.
• Monitor daily operations and ongoing projects.
• Ensure management decisions are properly implemented.
• Prepare reports, meeting action points and operational updates.
• Coordinate activities across departments, vendors and external partners.
• Identify operational issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain proper records and internal documentation.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in operations, administration, project coordination or business management.
• Strong leadership and people‑management abilities.
• Excellent organization, time‑management and follow‑up skills.
• High level of honesty, accountability and discretion.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace.
