Business Manager

About the role

FMR Agency is seeking a proactive Business Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure seamless coordination across all departments. This role will drive efficiency, support growth, and maintain high standards of service delivery in a fast‑moving retail and fashion environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise Customer Service, Procurement, Production, Quality Control, and administrative teams.
• Monitor each customer order from intake to delivery, ensuring quality and timeliness.
• Maintain and clean CRM and operational systems for accurate visibility and control.
• Identify operational bottlenecks early and implement practical solutions.
• Align all departments to consistently meet production, quality, and delivery targets.
• Support management in driving sales, customer satisfaction, profitability, and overall business growth.
• Prepare and present regular performance reports with clear action points.
• Enforce staff discipline, performance standards, teamwork, and a culture of continuous improvement.
• Perform any other managerial or operational duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Minimum HND in Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Manager or similar leadership role.
• Experience managing teams across customer service, production, procurement, quality control, or administration.
• Strong understanding of business operations, workflow management, and performance reporting.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and people‑management skills.
• Experience in fashion, retail, production, tailoring, garment‑making, or a service‑based business is an advantage.
• Ability to improve processes and create structure within a growing business.
