Business Development Manager – Real Estate

About the role

Estrada International Staffing Solutions is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives within the real estate sector. You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue through innovative PropTech solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies to increase revenue.
• Identify, secure, and nurture new business opportunities, partnerships, and investors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, investors, and key stakeholders.
• Promote the company’s real estate products and investment opportunities.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and monitor trends in real estate and PropTech.
• Lead negotiations and close high‑value deals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to boost market share and brand visibility.
• Prepare business proposals, presentations, and reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Estate Management, Economics or related field.
• 3–5 years of business development experience in the real estate industry.
• Proven experience with Property Technology (PropTech) and property investment.
• Strong network of investors, developers, and industry stakeholders.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Demonstrated track record of achieving growth and revenue targets.
• Deep understanding of real estate market trends and investment opportunities.
