Business Development Manager – Nigeria

About the role

The Business Development Manager will drive Inveslo’s growth in Nigeria by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and delivering revenue‑generating strategies. Reporting to senior management, the BDM will work closely with partners and internal teams to expand the company’s market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research and develop business plans to expand operations in Nigeria.
• Onboard new business partners and clients, meeting them face‑to‑face or remotely.
• Understand client and Introducing Broker (IB) needs and propose tailored solutions.
• Provide superior customer service, responding promptly to queries.
• Establish and nurture partnership relationships to maximise sales in the assigned region.
• Grow existing partner accounts and explore cross‑selling opportunities.
• Recommend new products based on market trends and client feedback.
• Represent the company at seminars, conferences, and industry events as required.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in financial services.
• Proven track record of achieving targets in a competitive environment.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client relationships.
