Business Development Manager

About the role

Nomarc Projects is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive the sales and marketing strategy for its digital products within the construction ecosystem. You will be responsible for generating qualified leads, building strategic partnerships, and achieving revenue targets across Nigeria.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales and marketing plans for digital product offerings.
• Generate, qualify and convert leads through online channels, referrals, events, cold outreach and networks.
• Identify new market segments and revenue opportunities nationwide.
• Conduct product demos, presentations and sales meetings with prospects.
• Build and maintain relationships with professionals, companies, institutions and key stakeholders.
• Establish partnerships with industry associations, corporations, educational institutions and government agencies.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to onboarding and after‑sales follow‑up.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, partnership documents and sales reports.
• Collaborate with product, marketing and customer‑support teams to improve acquisition and retention.
• Monitor competitors, market trends and customer feedback to inform decisions.
• Maintain accurate lead and customer records using CRM or sales‑tracking tools.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales, partnership and revenue targets.
• Represent the company at conferences, exhibitions, webinars and networking events.
