Business Development Executive – Security Services

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Business Development Executive to expand our footprint in the security, cybersecurity, training, consulting and risk‑management market. The role is hybrid, based in Lagos, and focuses on generating new leads, building strategic relationships and closing sales with defence and security agencies.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities across security and cyber‑risk services.
• Develop and nurture relationships with army generals, security agencies and corporate clients.
• Present proposals, negotiate terms and close contracts that meet revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate records of activities in CRM and provide regular pipeline updates.
• Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions and ensure successful delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, corporate sales or security sales.
• Proven track record of lead generation and deal closure.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, especially with defence leaders.
• Valid international passport.
