Business Development Executive

About the role

The Business Development Executive will drive growth for our audit, assurance, tax, risk advisory and consulting services. You will identify new client opportunities, nurture relationships and help the firm achieve its revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new clients across banking, finance and insurance sectors.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, industry events and direct outreach.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline and track performance.
• Develop strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understand their needs and propose suitable services.
• Prepare proposals, presentations and engagement letters; coordinate responses to RFPs and tenders.
• Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes and competitor activities to uncover new opportunities.
• Represent the firm at business forums, conferences and networking events.
• Collaborate with partners, service line leaders and audit teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, accounting, finance or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of relevant experience in business development or sales.
• Entry‑level (junior) candidate with a strong drive for revenue generation.
• Ability to meet KPIs such as revenue from new clients, client acquisition count and proposal win rate.
