Business Development Associate – B2B Sales

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Business Development Associate to drive new revenue streams for our recruitment, outsourcing, and background check services. You will engage prospects through multiple outreach channels, build strong client relationships, and ensure a seamless hand‑over to operations.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities via cold emailing, cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, lead generation and networking.
• Convert cold prospects into active sales pipeline opportunities across all EISS product lines.
• Promote our products and services to prospective clients and nurture relationships for repeat business and referrals.
• Achieve and exceed monthly revenue and acquisition targets to unlock variable pay and commissions.
• Schedule and coordinate partnership meetings between prospects and BD leadership.
• Facilitate smooth transition from deal sign‑off to client onboarding, ensuring zero friction with operations teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of proven B2B corporate sales experience in sectors such as FMCG, Financial Services, Insurance, Pharma/Healthcare or Technology.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and closing service contracts.
• Excellent verbal and written presentation skills, with strong negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency with CRMs, Google Workspace and LinkedIn Sales Navigator for lead sourcing.
