Business Analyst – Front-End Channels (Hybrid)

About the role

As a Business Analyst for Front-End Channels at Renmoney, you will act as the bridge between user needs and product delivery, ensuring the mobile app and web platforms provide intuitive, high-performing experiences. Working in a hybrid setting, you will collaborate with product managers, engineers and designers while also serving as Scrum Master for the Mobile/Web squad.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, document and prioritize business and user requirements; translate them into user stories and BRDs.
• Lead Agile ceremonies – sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives – and manage the Jira backlog and delivery timelines.
• Analyse user behaviour using Firebase and internal dashboards to identify UX gaps and conversion opportunities.
• Map and optimise digital journeys across mobile and web to reduce friction and improve conversion rates.
• Create and maintain clear documentation (user stories, acceptance criteria, flowcharts) in Confluence or Notion.
• Coordinate UAT sessions, ensuring new features meet business and regulatory standards.
• Partner with product designers to review wireframes, improve UI flows and implement features such as searchable dropdowns and onboarding enhancements.
• Monitor competitor UX patterns and market trends to inform product innovation.

Required profile

• 3+ years of business or product analysis experience in fintech, e‑commerce or digital platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems or related field; Agile/Scrum or BA certifications a plus.
• Proven ability to run Agile ceremonies and manage sprint cycles in a cross‑functional squad.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Familiarity with digital banking and user behaviour in Nigeria or similar emerging markets.
